Maintenance Service
It is important to maintain your equipment to ensure efficiency and proper function. We don’t hassle you with binding contracts or high pressure sales, but many of our customers request and appreciate our annual courtesy call to schedule a service for maintenance.
What’s included in our maintenance service:

- Clean evaporator drain
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Check proper equipment operation
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check temperature drop
Keeping a clean a/c filter is one of the best ways a homeowner can care for their system. We recommend changing the filter monthly; however, we do offer HEPA filters that can be changed annually or semi-annually. Many of our customers prefer this option, and the task can be fulfilled during an annual maintenance service.

Yes, we service and install venting! Many people don’t realize the “V” in HVAC represents venting.

The quality of your air conditioning filter goes a long way to improve your home’s air quality and to protect your a/c equipment. Refrain from choosing the cheap filters as they do not offer much protection. Our suggestions for improved filtration include:
HEPA Filters• Ultra-violet lights
HEPA filters that are specifically designed to fit your system. They are efficient in blocking many of the germs in the air. We highly recommend this option for everyone, but even more so if you have pets in the house or allergies.
Ultra-Violet Lights
Ultra-violet lights are a great way to improve the air quality in your home. They prevent the growth of mold spores and kill bacteria.
